Practice Updates: New Client Portal and Fee Structure
Changes to practice policies and announcements
Effective November 1st, the practice is moving to a new client portal and updating its fee structure.
What’s changing
New client portal. https://breitenbachlpc.sessionshealth.com The portal can be accessed on computer or mobile device. Save the site to your home screen for quick access. Appointment reminders, secure messaging, and billing will come from the new portal. You’ll receive an invitation by email. There is not an app.
New consents and paperwork. Because of these changes, all clients will sign updated consent forms.
Updated fees. Session fees are now based on session length. See Insurance & Payment for the current fee schedule.
What you need to do
Accept your portal invitation and set up your login.
Review and sign the updated consent forms.
Update your intake and payment information.
Please complete these steps by November 6, 2026. Questions can be sent through the client portal, by email, or asked in your next session.
